Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. We will do our absolute best to fulfill your order promptly; if you have an urgent need for the shirt, reach out at help@tombolocompany.com and we will do our best to expedite. Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, including your choice of shipping method (Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express). Please make sure all shipping and billing information is correct to avoid unnecessary delays.

International (non-US) customers are responsible for payment of any associated fees, customs, duties, and taxes. Unfortunately, taxes associated with shipment from, for example, the US to the UK can be quite substantial, so we urge you to take this into consideration before placing an international order. 

All prices are listed in USD. We recommend international customers check the current exchange rate to get the best idea of what they will be charged.

"Free U.S. Ground Shipping" Offer: This offer only pertains to domestic U.S. shipments and is activated when the customer opts for the 'Free Shipping' method available at checkout. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method that corresponds with the 'Free Shipping' label and it may not be ground shipping if we choose to ship through an alternative method. We reserve the right to rescind this offer at any time, without notice. 

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your shirt, and it has not been washed or altered, it can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of receipt. If you have any recommendations or comments, we welcome your feedback and encourage you to contact us at help@tombolocompany.com. 

To return a product, please email us at help@tombolocompany.com, giving us your name, address and order reference. We will respond promptly with further shipping instructions and an authorization code. Please clearly print the authorization code somewhere on the package. When we receive it, we will refund you. At this time, Tombolo will not cover shipping costs for returns (but we will cover everything else).  It is our highest priority to make sure you are satisfied and to constantly improve our product. 

**At this time we are likely unable to process exchanges – if you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and then place another order for the alternative selection. (But it doesn't hurt to email us at help@tombolocompany.com and we will try to accommodate you).
